As an NTP, I believe bio-individual approach to nutrition and wellness. We work together to discover the best way to nourish your body so you can thrive. Instead of a band-aid, prescription or unsustainable suggestion, I help you uncover the root cause of symptoms and barriers, so we truly start to help you heal from the inside out. I would never just hand you a meal plan and wish you good luck.

I help coach women in a number of areas, but not limited to, deep nutrition education, balancing hormones, digestion issues, autoimmune conditions, weight management, strength training, perinatal preparedness, postpartum support, and improving your relationship with food.

1:1 NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

I utilize a foundational approach to nutrition, relying on our body’s innate intelligence and bio-individuality. I offer specific tools for assessing the body’s nutritional deficiencies and coach you on how to address those weaknesses through a nutrient-dense diet, therapeutic supplements, and lifestyle changes. This program is for you if you are serious about committing to small, progressive changes, yielding BIG IMPACT. I walk you through it every step of the way.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 3 or 6 Month Commitment - The changes we make together are ones that serve as a launchpad for nourishing your body for life. These changes take more time than a 7 day reset or a 30 day diet.

  • 1 90-minute intensive, where we discuss health history, assess food and mood journal, desired goals and outcomes, barriers to change and clarify questions I or you have about our starting point.

  • 1 30 minute Recommendations meeting - I present you with suggested functional testing strategies, and a nutrition, lifestyle and supplement plan, and together, we create a doable, sustainable roadmap to implement changes.

  • 1-2 Follows-ups where we discuss what is working, what isn’t and make any needed changes

  • Bi-weekly meetings via Zoom or in person if located in St. Louis to support execution of changes.

  • Weekly check-ins & self-reflection

  • Library of educational resources, recipes and mindset tools personalized for you and your journey

  • Optional grocery store tour/meal prep assistance or pantry clean up service included

  • Unlimited access to me via Voxer (MOST valuable offering)

I have opportunities for virtual training or will come to your home gym (or garage!) within 20 minutes of Brentwood, Missouri. For those wanting to add on personal training to nutritional therapy, I feel that is the best way to see overall results if you are wanting to change body composition.
