I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer and virtual women’s health, gut and hormone coach. I believe that to lead an incredibly fulfilling life, we must make an intentional effort to nourish our minds and bodies in a way that makes sense for our unique body.
